VialTrace sells research reference materials. Here is exactly what that means, what it requires, and what it excludes.
VialTrace products are supplied strictly as reference materials for lawful laboratory research. They are not supplied for human or veterinary consumption, administration, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, cosmetic use, food use, household use, or clinical use.
Every product page, vial label, package insert, packing slip, and COA record uses Research Use Only language. Labels avoid therapeutic categories, administration instructions, regimen guidance, or any copy that could imply self-use.
Buyers must certify that products will be used exclusively for lawful laboratory research and not for human or veterinary administration, consumption, or therapeutic use. Institutional account requests may require additional qualification information.
Released lots require independent third-party HPLC purity testing and LC-MS identity confirmation. Results are batch-specific and published in the COA Library by lot number.
We do not provide administration instructions, preparation-for-administration guidance, regimen guidance, or human/veterinary-use support. We refuse transactions and support requests where communications indicate intended human or veterinary use.
Customer communications suggesting human or veterinary administration are escalated, documented, and refused. Support responses are limited to research documentation, storage, analytical handling, COA/SDS records, and order logistics.
FDA intended-use rules can consider labeling, advertising, statements, product design, and circumstances of distribution. FTC standards require claims to be truthful, non-misleading, and substantiated. RUO labeling is only credible when the company’s conduct and distribution practices match the RUO position.
